  • If you are submitting a video as evidence, it must be clear and between 30 to 45 seconds.
  • The video should clearly demonstrate the issue (damage, missing items, or theft).




💬 Refund Requests



  • All refund requests must include a clear and valid reason explaining the issue.
  • Requests without proper explanation or supporting evidence may not be approved.




📦 Stolen Packages



  • If your package was stolen, you must provide valid proof (such as security footage or an official report).
  • Any video evidence submitted must be 30 to 45 seconds and clearly show the incident.




💵 Refund Eligibility



  • If your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund (product + shipping to be discussed)
