🎥 Evidence Requirements
- If you are submitting a video as evidence, it must be clear and between 30 to 45 seconds.
- The video should clearly demonstrate the issue (damage, missing items, or theft).
💬 Refund Requests
- All refund requests must include a clear and valid reason explaining the issue.
- Requests without proper explanation or supporting evidence may not be approved.
📦 Stolen Packages
- If your package was stolen, you must provide valid proof (such as security footage or an official report).
- Any video evidence submitted must be 30 to 45 seconds and clearly show the incident.
💵 Refund Eligibility
- If your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund (product + shipping to be discussed)

- We reserve the right to review and decline any claim that does not meet the above requirements.
- All claims should be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery.
