I received the package as instructed. However, when opened, the books were not properly wrapped and carried a very powerful smell as if they were stored in a kitchen.
After a week of using scented oils with no success, I found an online recommendation that included the use of baking soda., which I used by putting books individually into plastic bags covered with it.
I’m sorry, but this has been a very smelly experience. I have a pretty big office full of books and I never have an experience like this before.
I wasn’t thinking of giving a feedback because I understand that you run a small business, but since you asked, I have to be 100% honest.
